How it works

One code.
Same puzzle.
Any device.

Every Quoxxo puzzle generates a unique 7-character code. Share it with anyone — a friend, a colleague, a stranger on the internet. They enter the code and get the exact same grid you played. No account required. No data shared. Just a code.

Your scores stay on your device. Nothing leaves your phone. The code is the only thing that travels.

The rules

Simple to learn.
Satisfying to master.

✕✕✕

No three in a row

Three consecutive X or O in any row or column is not allowed.

X=O

Equal counts

Every row and column must contain exactly equal numbers of X and O.

No duplicates

No two rows may be identical. No two columns may be identical.

Our promise

No account. No tracking.
No data collected.

Quoxxo stores your puzzle history locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted, no analytics run, no third-party SDKs are included. The app works entirely offline.

Origins

Rooted in a
puzzle tradition.

Quoxxo is inspired by Takuzu — a binary logic puzzle invented in France and popularised in Japan, where the meditative quality of constraint-based puzzles has a long cultural tradition.

The rules are ancient in spirit if not in form: find the one arrangement that satisfies every constraint. No arithmetic, no vocabulary — pure deduction.
