Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

At Redders IT ("we", "us" or "our"), we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We comply at all times with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

This Privacy Policy explains how the Quoxxo mobile application (the "App") handles information about its users. In short: we do not collect any personal information from you when you use the App. The App has been designed so that nothing about you or your device is transmitted off your device by the App itself.

Please read this Privacy Policy in full for details on the limited circumstances in which information may be handled, including by the platforms that distribute the App.

Information we collect from you

We do not collect any personal information from you when you use the App.

The App does not require you to register, create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, telephone number, location or payment information. The App contains no contact forms, surveys, comments, profiles or messaging features.

All information generated by your use of the App, including your game progress, scores, settings and preferences, is stored locally on your own device. None of this information is transmitted to us or to any third party. You can delete this information at any time by clearing the App's storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

How we use your information

Because we do not collect any personal information from you through the App, there is no personal information for us to use, analyse, share or disclose. We do not maintain any servers, databases or systems that receive or hold personal information about App users.

App design and data transmission

The App is designed to function entirely on your device and does not require an internet or data connection to operate. The App contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs) that transmit data, no advertising or analytics integrations, no crash reporting tools and no tracking technologies. The App does not make any outbound network requests during normal use.

Sharing with third parties

Because we do not collect any personal information from you through the App, we do not share, sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose any such information to third parties. We have no third-party service providers, advertisers, analytics partners or marketing partners that receive data about App users.

Legal disclosure

In the unlikely event that we hold information about you outside the App (for example, because you have contacted us directly with an enquiry), we may disclose that information if required to do so by a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant or other lawful request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Redders IT Pty Ltd, our customers or third parties.

Platform-level data — Apple App Store and Google Play

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download or use the App, Apple and Google may collect certain information about your device, App downloads, App usage and crashes under their own privacy policies and developer terms. This collection occurs at the platform level and is not within our control. We may receive aggregated and de-identified reporting from these platforms (for example, download counts and crash diagnostics) which does not identify individual users.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from any user, including children.

We acknowledge the heightened privacy protections that apply to children under Australian law. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and current guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), a person under the age of 15 is generally treated as not having capacity to give their own consent to the handling of their personal information, and parental or guardian consent is required. The Children's Online Privacy Code being developed by the OAIC under the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 defines a child as a person under 18, and is expected to impose additional protections for online services likely to be accessed by children. Because the App has been designed so that no personal information is collected from any user regardless of age, these obligations are addressed at their source.

For users in the United States, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided personal information to us through means outside the App (for example, by sending us an email), please contact us using the details below and we will delete that information promptly.

Storage and security

All App data resides only on the user's own device. We do not transmit, store or process any personal information about App users on our own systems or any third-party systems. We do not transfer any personal information overseas, because we do not collect any personal information in the first place.

Device-level security (including device passcodes, biometric locks and operating system updates) is the responsibility of the user. We recommend you keep your device's operating system and the App up to date to receive the latest security improvements.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have rights to access and correct personal information held about you. Because we do not hold any personal information about you, there is ordinarily no information for you to access or correct. If you believe we hold personal information about you (for example, as a result of a direct enquiry you have sent to us), you may contact us using the details below.

If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, you may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atwww.oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
